Why does Koda need to connect to my bank?
Koda's Money tab and the financial parts of your daily brief depend on bank transactions. Connecting a bank through our partner Plaid is what lets Koda show your balances and transactions. The connection is read-only — Koda can't move money or change anything in your accounts. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Banks.
What does Koda Premium unlock?
Koda Premium lifts the daily limits on chat and briefs, and raises the connected-bank limit from 2 to 10. Free users can use Koda fully — Premium is for people who use the assistant heavily or have a lot of accounts to track.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions, then Koda. From there you can cancel — your access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Koda charge, and request a refund. Apple's refund policy applies.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes the data we store in our backend, disconnects any banks via Plaid, and removes the local database from your device. The action can't be undone.
Will my data be used to train AI?
No. When you use Koda's AI features, a summary of the categories you've enabled is sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not train on data submitted through their API. You control which categories are shared in Settings → Privacy → AI access to your data.
